The Wayne County Clerk serves as the Fiduciary Agent of the Third Judicial Circuit Court. The Fiscal Unit is responsible for statutorily mandated duties. These duties include the receipt, maintenance and disbursement of all funds related to civil, criminal and juvenile court cases and vital records, as well as the preparation and administration of departmental budgets and grants.
