Today, Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy is charging former Detroit Police Sergeant Benjamin Wagner, 68, of Greenville, North Carolina in five Kidnapping and Criminal Sexual Assault felony cases with victims who were between the ages of 15 and 23 at the time of their assaults.
