Issuance of Subpoena

The following is required for the request for issuance of subpoena for an out of state case MCR 2.305(e).

Original Petition (Caption the Petition in the Circuit Court for the County of Wayne)
Michigan Subpoena must incorporate the terms of the out-of-state subpoena, and must contain the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of all counsel of record and any party not represented by counsel.

Form may be obtained from the Michigan State Court Administrator's Office.

Self Addressed Stamped Envelope for Return Copies

The County Clerk's Office does not provide for service of the subpoena.
