Form Mc 62 Affidavit and Notice of Entry of Foreign Judgment

  • No Petition/Complaint Is Necessary
  • Circuit Court Jurisdictional Amount Is $25,000.00 And in Excess Unless the Matter Is of the Jurisdiction of the Grosse Pointe Municipal Courts
  • Authenticated Or Certified Copy of the Judgment for the Court File and Circuit Court Judge to Review
  • $150.00 Filing Fee
