Getting Help

Experts and investigators can get additional assistance through the following methods:

  • For questions about payments, please reach out to IDSDFinance@waynecountymi.gov. Please note that IDSD Finance can only assist with invoices that have been in Finance Approved status for six or more weeks. Please write "Payment Status Request" as the subject line and provide the following information with your request:
    • Client Name
    • Case Number
    • Date of Finance Approval
    • Amount of Requested Payment
