MIDC

The Michigan Indigent Defense Commission (MIDC) is the state-level governing body established by MCL Act 93 of 2013. The MIDC oversees the local funding units' such as Wayne County's Indigent Defense Services Department (IDSD) by developing standards and overseeing the implementation, enforcement, and modification of these standards, rules and procedures in place at the local level.
