The MIDC's Standard 7 establishes training and qualification requirements for public defenders in Michigan. In support of that goal, Wayne County IDSD has gathered a collection of resources (the Toolkit) for attorneys to utilize. The Attorney Toolkit covers a variety of topics and often relates specifically to public defense in Wayne County.
