Attention PROSPECTIVE and CURRENT Managed Assigned Counsel:
The application period for the 2026 attorney roster is October 31, 2025 (at 12:00AM) - November 30, 2025 (at 11:59PM).
Please be advised: The NEW Attorney Application form will be limited to NEW Attorneys. Current MAC attorneys will use the RENEWAL Attorney Application form.
Applications for NEW AND RETURNING ATTORNEYS to Wayne County's 2025 Criminal Managed Assigned Counsel Assignment Roster will be accepted starting October 31, 2025 (at 12:00AM).
New and Returning Attorneys will apply using Jira. This application form requires account creation with Jira, see the document below for details.
Current Attorneys for RENEWAL may also access the application from the Jira Help Desk button on their attorney billing dashboard.
