LGBTQ Unit

The LGBTQ Unit vertically prosecutes felony cases involving LGBTQ victims of crimes including Homicide, Criminal Sexual Conduct - First Degree, Carjacking, Armed Robbery, Assault with Intent to Murder, Assault with Intent to do Great Bodily Harm and Felonious Assault. Qualifying cases involve felonies where LGBTQ victims have been targeted based on their sexual orientation and/or gender identity.
