Discontinuance of the Wayne County Prosecuting Attorney Bad Check Restitution Program

Effective November 22, 2024, the Wayne County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has discontinued the Bad Check Restitution Program. Consequently, Victim Services, Inc., the program administrator, will no longer be accepting checks relating to alleged violations occurring in Wayne County.(PDF, 51KB)
