What to Expect

  1. Attorney identifies a need for DSU services and obtains consent from client to make a referral.

  2. Attorneys submits a request for DSU services.

  3. Request is reviewed and assigned to a member of the DSU team, typically within one business day.

  4. Assigned DSU team member contacts attorney to schedule an initial consultation call.

  5. Attorney and DSU team member meet to discuss the request, goals for the case, plan for collaboration, and agreed-upon timeline.

  6. DSU begins providing services, sharing regular updates with the attorney.

  7. Attorney keeps DSU team member informed of any changes to legal status of the case.
