Plan Review

The Food Safety Plan Review team ensures compliance with state plumbing and construction standards at all fixed and mobile facilities through review of plans, menus, specifications, test reports and pre-opening inspections. Plan review can take up to 30 business days (6 weeks) to review submitted plans and send an approval or denial letter to start construction. Pre-construction fees will be assessed if construction begins without approval.
