New trailheads, walkways, and benches were added at Venoy-Dorsey Park. Also, two universally accessible kayak and canoe launches were installed in 2025. One launch will be at the park entrance at Venoy Road, just north of Michigan Avenue, and the other located just downstream at Merriman Rd.
