Extended hours to avoid foreclosure

The Wayne County Treasurer's Office will offer extended hours this Wednesday and Thursday. On Wednesday, March 30, 2022, the office will be open until 6:30 p.m., and on Thursday, March 31, 2022, the office will be open until 8 p.m. Appointments and masks are required.

If you are facing foreclosure for property taxes for 2019 and prior years, you must get into a payment plan or pay the delinquent taxes in full no later than March 31. Payment plans are available on-line at the following link.

The Wayne County Treasurer's Office will be closed to the public on April 1 so that staff can process drop box and mail payments to ensure that all tax payments are properly applied.
