You may request public records from the Wayne County Employees’ Retirement System under the Michigan Freedom of Information Act. Many public records are already on this website. You can access the following records directly : Board and Committee meeting minutes, Summary Annual Report, etc. FOIA does not cover all public records, and some records may be exempt from disclosure pursuant to the Act.
