The History of the Ford Village Industries program will take place on Friday, January 24, 2025 from 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the Nankin Mills Interpretive Center. Participants will learn what it was like at Nankin Mills in the early 1900's when Henry Ford was establishing many similar industry sites throughout Southeast Michigan. As World War II faded, the decentralized Village Industry concept faded and you will learn why as well as remaining influences from the concept.
