Treasurer Sabree Announces Return of Pay As You Stay Program

Treasurer Sabree announced the return of the PAYS (Pay As You Stay) program in Wayne County. This program is a pathway for taxpayers to reduce their delinquent past property taxes and prevent foreclosure.
PAYS will be available September 1, 2026. Eligible taxpayers can enroll into the program by visiting waynecountymi.gov/treasurer.
