Prosecutor Kym Worthy has charged Singin Kai Nelson, 18, of Dearborn, in connection with abusing his two-year-old pet dog.
On May 26, 2026, at approximately 9:53 a.m., Dearborn police officers were dispatched to a residence in the 24000 block of Chicago Street for multiple reports of animal abuse.
