Juvenile Charged in Wayne County School Threat Case

Prosecutor Kym Worthy has charged one juvenile respondent today. The case involved alleged threats of violence against Detroit Lions Academy. WCPO has charged 39 cases since the Oxford School shootings.
Juveniles do not receive adult sentences. Upon conviction, the judge will fashion a sentence considering the crime committed, and the rehabilitation of the juvenile offender.
