Due to a recently announced air quality alert combined with anticipated extreme heat temperatures, the Senior FunFest event scheduled for this Saturday, July 18, at Elizabeth Park has been cancelled. We believe it is in the best interest of those residents that we not put their health at risk by exposing them to potentially dangerous weather conditions.
Join County Executive Warren C. Evans for the Wayne County Senior funfest, a day of fun, entertainment, and community at Elizabeth Park.
Enjoy, live, entertainment, bingo, raffles, games, lunch, and health and community resource tents while connecting with fellow seniors from across Wayne County.
This event is open to residence of ages 16 and older. We look forward to seeing you there!
