WCTO will not foreclose on any 2017-2019 owner occupied properties

Under the Order from Judge Timothy M. Kenny, the Wayne County Treasurer's Office will not foreclose on any owner occupied properties only owing delinquent taxes for tax years 2017 through 2019 this year.

This request to the court will save thousands of owner occupied homes from foreclosure as the owners await assistance from the State of Michigan and other organizations.
