New Indigent Defense Services Department approved by County Commission

On Thursday, May 20th, the Wayne County Commission approved Amendment #1 to the 2019 Reorganization Plan approving the formation of the new Indigent Defense Services Department (IDSD).

OPDS will migrate into this new Department to continue the mission of improving indigent defense system reform in Wayne County.
