Who is Eligible for Moderna COVID-19 Boosters?
For immunocompromised people, a 3rd dose of Moderna vaccine should be received at least 28 days after a second dose followed by a booster COVID vaccine 6 months later. All others should be received at least 6 months after a second dose

Authorization of "Mix and Match" Booster Dose
A single booster dose of any of the available COVID-19 vaccines may be administered as a booster dose following completion of primary vaccination with a different available COVID-19 vaccine for people aged 18 years and older. For people aged 12-17 years, the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is the only approved booster vaccine for those with immunocompromised conditions. The eligible populations and dosing interval for a booster dose are the same as those authorized for a booster dose of the vaccine used for primary vaccination.
*Vaccine providers should administer booster dose based on priority population categories as approved by the FDA per these guidelines. These guidelines are subject to be updated in the future based on further approvals by the FDA.
